I am amazed that even deep into COVID times, many of us still feel like we’re rushing around from one thing to the next, never feeling like we have enough time.  These are concepts that are created in the mind – but that doesn’t make them true.  

Good news is you have the perfect guide back to your natural rhythm – your body.  S/he is giving you signals all day long that let you know when you should slow down, breathe more deeply, not push…but we often ignore these cues because the ego-mind has decided that it knows better.  That you can’t possibly slow down because you will not get what you want out of life – on any level – if you do.  

We have been acculturated to believe that the best way to have a happy life is to work hard to “achieve” it.  No wonder we’re feeling so disappointed and unfulfilled when this false belief doesn’t come to fruition.  Or you’re exhausted because you keep chasing that external carrot, maybe receive 5 minutes of calm or pleasure from the thing you accomplished, then the ever-present driver is back out with the whip to push you forward to the next thing…
