At the end of a Nia class yesterday, my teacher invited us all to lay on the floor – stretching, crawling, playing…as we were doing this, she asked us what the floor could teach us today…and it hit me – I don’t ever wonder if the floor can hold me. I can stomp, step, or put all of my weight on it, and the ground is there to meet me and support me. There is not a shadow of doubt in my mind.
What if I had the same certainty that the Universe will hold me no matter what too? That any way I choose to go, I will be offered all the resources required to walk in that direction. That even if I slip and fall, I am held in the universal fabric of Certainty. From there I realized that this is where abundance flows from. That as we follow the truth of the Heart, because it pleases us to do the thing we’re choosing, we are giving a clear signal to the Universe and the it responds by providing exactly what’s required (even if we don’t understand how it’s a gift in the moment).
Sometimes inspiration comes from unlikely places. When we are willing to receive, with 360 degrees of openness, resources flow in from places you might never have imagined! What can you open yourself up to today? Where can you soften your focus and breathe into your belly and get curious about what’s next?
